What if I lose the card or somebody steals it from me?

Call as soon as possible our Customer Assistance Centre at 800 010909, available every working day from 08:30 AM until 06:00 PM (if you are calling from mobile or from abroad, call us at 010 5316490).  In this way, your Valea Card will be immediately blocked.
