How to get a loan

Anyone of age between 18 and 75 years old with permanent residence in Italy with a valid employee contract, retired or self-employed can ask for a loan with Creditis. For those who are not belonging to the European Union, residency permit will be required with entrance to Italy for at least 1 year.

In order to apply for getting a loan you will need to hold a bank account and a valid ID document, as well as your National Insurance Number and a valid proof of income (payslip, pension slip, tax declaration); You might also need the payment receipt of a service enabled at your residence address (such as phone, electricity, gas/water etc).

Instalments, Flexibility, Insurance Services

Instalment, duration and amount will be decide by you, together with your personal advisor right when you sign the contract.
Nonetheless, with Creditis you will have up to 10 years to pay your financing back, a maximum duration longer than the market average!

No problem! Creditis allows you to skip up to two instalments which you will be able to pay back at your comfort with no further interests. Just let us know 30 days before the instalment deadline!

Yes. The insurance coverages are required by law, and they cover the risk of premature passing (for employees and retirees) and/or of job loss (for employees).

The loan can be requested by those who get the pension by INPS or INPDAP, from any retirement category, in exception of:

  • Customers receiving disability pensions
  • Customers receiving minimum retirement treatment or welfare checks.

This may vary according to the INPS and INPDAP locations. However, the withheldswill start not later than 90 days from the contract notification.

The “Mod. Obis M” is a document that INPS sends annually to retirees, including information related to all the pensions disbursed by the Institute. It also includes – on the left-top end – the retirement Category as well as the referring INPS centre code.  

The INPDAP pension analytical prospect is a document that INDPAD sends annually to retirees, including information related to all the pensions disbursed by the institute. It contains the detail of the imports composing the items of the monthly pension paid by the referring INPDAP center.

Valea

In order to ask for a Valea you will simply need to hold a general bank account and to present a valid ID document, your National Insurance Number and a valid proof of income (such as payslip, pension slip or tax declaration).

Within a few days from the card activation, you will receive at home your PIN code, by which you will be able to make your purchases with the maximum safety, as well as to withdraw money cash at any ATM displaying the VISA brand.

Should you forget or lose your PIN, call as soon as possible our Customer Assistance Centre at 800 010909, available every working day from 08:30 AM until 06:00 PM (if you are calling from mobile or from abroad, call us at 010 5316490).  In this way, your Valea Card will be immediately blocked.

You can use Valea to make purchases in every shop accepting VISA-circuit cards in Italy and abroad, as well as to withdraw money cash at any ATM displaying the VISA brand. Just remember, your Valea card is strictly personal, hence you shall be the only one to have access to it.
